I paid quarterly. i would say they know their business and they are definitely knowledgeable. I will be calling them to come again soon.

The house was treated for termites when we moved in and unfortunately, they got in again. There was nothing that we could do about it. I spend about $60 or $80. It’s a 6 months contract. They certainly responded very quickly to the termite issue. They came in to see what happened. They were the people who used to do the termite service even before we purchased this house which is about 20 years ago. We’ve had them under contract ever since. We had a wood roof and among other things we used to have big problems with tree roaches in this area. They've certainly stood by their 6 months contract. No matter how many times we call them, they would always come out. They’ve even come out to identify and make sure that the termites were not returning. They are very competitive. I would continue to use them in the future.
