The first service resulted in damages walls from the technicians dirty/gray hands and a very stained rug from a dirty ladder. After the first visit, the company agreed to pay for the damages caused by their technician. They also agreed to come out and redo the windows that were NOT truly clean!! They use a system with “filtered water”. This means they’ll leave your windows extremely wet and pretend they’ll dry spot free. They dried about as spotted as you’d expect, so they came back Out. The technician on the serving visit was simply doing a visit to appease me- they had no intentions of redoing their work!! He did a superficial wipe down of a few windows and that was it. My windows look terrible. Not to mention the technician was 90 minutes late for the second visit! Honestly I can’t even believe I paid a dime for the service. Save your money!!

You did not pay for the service, yes our technician made a few mistakes but like the company we are we stand behind everything we do unlike most in this industry. I apologize you felt the need to still right a terrible review even after completely refunding you, coming out multiple times to try to make you happy(even washing the windows you had a problem with a second time by hand, only to get a text after a few days of rain saying your unsatisfied again) and fixing the mistakes of the technician. We are literally the best rated in Houston for what we do. Every review counts and can hurt us, we are not McDonalds we live and die by our reviews."

The two-man crew were hired to clean our glass solarium--top and sides. They arrived on time, knew what they were doing, and worked efficiently. The office staff was courteous and kept me informed. Lastly, their fee was reasonable. I would hire them again!

What can I say, I was simply amazed at the difference the "soft wash" did to my roof! They were able to remove years old black stains I didn't think was possible! Sean and Michael were so polite and helpful. The only gripe id have is small patch of my grass was killed but, I would say it was a great trade off! My roof looks amazing!

Mike and Sean came out to my sisters house and did some pressure washing for her. I would definitely recommend them.
