It was great at first.. Our neighbor had hired him to do the gate that bordered both our yards, and he did a great job. He was fast, inexpensive, and did quality work. Based on that, we hired him to replace two gates in our yard and some pickets on a small section of fence on either side of one of the gates. Everything was fine, except he said he needed to come back to finish putting on the pickets... they were a non-standard size. Problem is, after I paid him that day, he never came back. It's been 1.5 months. I've called and emailed, and he's promised to come out a couple of times, and now he's not responding at all. Basically, once I paid him he never finished the job.
