We have been using them since 2008. They were not this expensive when we first started out. I did not see any cockroaches and that was the important thing.

We use them because our house was built with a system in it where they just come outside and pour in the stuff. My husband said that if he had time to look for a new exterminator that could service the outside the way they do, he would change them. What they do, we ended up with an infestation of cockroaches in our garage once so that did not work. Whatever they do, it does not work in the garage. My husband is really unhappy with their pricing. They come out if there is a problem. They did come out and take care of the infestation in the garage. They are here every three months. They never skip any time. They come when we are at work so I do not really have a whole lot of dealings with them. They just come out, do their stuff, and leave a bill. They come out and they do it timely.

Their extermination system in the walls of the home is from tubes in the wall. Its built into the home and they just come and charge the system. Its been working fine. Everything else is pretty much neutral.

They're great. When we very first moved into the house 9 years ago, we started using them. We have one of those deals where you plug into the wall outside and then jet the stuff into these tubes that run to the wall and they're like one of the few companies that offer that. But, they're always great because every time I have problems, like I see ants in the backyard, I call them and they come out and spray without charging me anything extra or any of that. They always come to door to let me know that they're here. They ask me if there is anything that I need, if there are special areas they need to treat or what kind of bugs have I been seeing lately so that they'll spray for whatever was specifically seen. They're easy to work with. It's always the same guys, we had two guys in nine years. It's a familiar face. He knows my name and I know his name.
