Susan's attention to detail is terrific! She works with me to be sure she understands exactly what I'm envisioning for my custom pieces, while also making excellent suggestions for options that haven't even occurred to me! The end result is always both better than what I'd been able to come up with on my own, and exactly what we'd agreed upon. She's altered many different articles of clothing for me and my family, and they are always just right.
The quality of her work is top-notch, and she always finishes the work on or before the date./time it was promised.
