Quality was good and overall pleased with the project but the price quoted was not an accurate representation of what it would take to complete. Some additional work was needed for some damaged wood and this was fair and understood. The plumbing expense portion was not close to what it would take to complete the job. When some additional work by plumber was needed the added expense was not reviewed with us and only discovered when presented with the final bill. Not only extremely unprofessional but very disappointing. Although some of this expense was due to more work having to be done it wasn't discussed and I felt ultimately was overcharged.

I can't say enough good things about this company. It is a family business and the level of attention and care shown for every aspect of the job reflects this personal connection to the business. I could praise everyone who worked on this project as they were all top notch, but Carrie Drab, the Design Consultant, was just a marvel. This was my first remodel, and she led me by the hand through the process, efficiently handled all the details and scheduling, kept me informed every step of the way, and best of all, eliminated the worry of making design mistakes. I relied heavily on her advice and was just as thankful for her upbeat personality as her professional skills. Both contributed to making this a pleasant, easy, and successful experience. .

It was a long time ago. It was not great. I would not recommend anybody to use them. One day when I came down the stairs, they hollered up they were leaving or whatever and I came downstairs and the one short wall of backsplash, the tile was just sliding down the wall. I kind of had to push it all back into place until the grout had dried or the adhesives had dried and I have to hold it up there. In the bathroom, there was a big hole in the drywall and the splash board didn't have nice edging on it and when I asked them about that, they said "well it's slate, it's supposed to be rustic." The quality of the work was poor. The grout failed in the granite and slate backsplash joint and they didn't seal the sink. The grout failed and when I had them come out to look at it, he said "this is how you can fix that" like they weren't having anything to do with fixing it. The recommendations that were given to me about the materials to use was good and I believe it was the daughter of the owner or a woman that worked in that office that had recommendations for me that really did work in the house so I was pleased with that.

From the very first meeting I knew this was going to be a good job. Tom was very helpful in making suggestions on items I didn't know existed and helped us to make the most of our remodel.
He didn't disappoint. The kitchen turned out even better than I imagined. I am the first to admit that I am very hard to please - and they exceeded my expectations.

The last work I had done was master bedroom painting and carpets. Tom gave me an estimate, promptly scheduled the work and it was done in a timely manner. He came to personally inspect and see if I was happy when the work was finished.

We are using them. They are very professional and really good people.

Overall, we had a very good experience with Holliday Interiors. The project was started in August, and for the most part went very quickly. The contractors were all very courteous, knowledgeable, and communicative. The contractors were also willing to work around my schedule, which can be hectic and change day to day. I was home when most of the work was performed and there was very little disruption, especially given the size of the job. When you consider we had tilers, plumbers, electricians, painters, and general construction contractors all here, often overlapping, I cannot stress enough how smoothly it all went. I always knew who was coming each day, when to expect them, and how long they would be. If there was ever a question, we were able to reach Bill immediately, and the issue was resolved. He also made a point to stop by regularly to ensure everything was on track. And now we have a beautiful master bathroom!! We are very pleased with the outcome.

From start to finish, the job was done very professionally.

They were absolutely outstanding. They really care about their customers and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We are just starting to get ready for the tear-down. We're finalizing things and we've made purchases; I've purchased the fixtures and granite. Tom is a great guy and I would recommend him. Carrie, his daughter, is coming out to give me ideas on color and stuff like that. Tom is very good about making sure things stay in line and if he thinks something is unnecessary he'll tell you so that you can make the decision.

Great! Job took 2 1/2 months to complete. This included tear down of existing bathrooms, installation of tiled floor, tiled shower enclosure, sink and toilet plumbing, sink cabinets and granite counter top, installation of new doorway into closet and rebuilt closet walls and shelving. This all included electrical work and A/C rerouting. Also installed upstairs bathroom double sink with plumbing, countertop and cabinets, new tub and shower with tiled flooring and shower enclosure. Excellent Service, Very Professional, Performed the service exactly as they described.

They did a great job. They had to modify the floor with some cement fill under the stairwell and level the floor. They did well. They also had to custom fabricate the staircase and they did a beautiful job for me. Their price was not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. They had great service. They were very flexible with products and they had creative solutions for accommodating an older home.

The job was done extremely well, with only one man. The tiles were perfectly level, with no grout, overlay or dis-coloration. He has been doing tile floor installation for over twenty years. It seemed as if he could of done it with his eyes closed. He even explained common mistakes made by other installers, as he was working. Not only was he outgoing, but rather quick, too. The job was done in one morning, and it looks fantastic.

I like the job that they did, and they were professional at all times. I think the guy that came out was really laid back, had a good attitude, and really did good work. The only thing was they didn't hurry when I asked them to come back out.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE.
