It went very well and they kept me informed of progress with the insurance adjuster. A semi ran into my car at a light and I needed a new driver side door and repairs to the other parts of the car as a result. The only hold up was on the part of the insurance adjuster showing up and doing his part !! Hodges did a very good job.

They did a good job once they got the job started. They had it done the same day, when they said they would! The price was competitive.

Things went well enough considering it was a last minute repair that was needed to keep the new windshield from leaking around the edges on 10 year old vehicle. We were not aware of the damage until the windshield was removed.The difficult situation was having my car towed from the windshield repair facility to the body shop, that was further from my home. The work took a couple of days and required a rental vehicle. The repair seems to be holding up, but there was a bit of cleaning needed on our part after they scraped and painted around the window opening. All in all, I would prefer not having to drive so far to have any sort of body work done in the future, but cannot say that I would never use them again.

After doing some research on Angie's List, I've decided to ask this company for a quote on my way home yesterday around 5:30pm since they close at 6pm. I went in and was greeted by a lady in front and a man to the left of the entrance, both remained seated when asking me questions. I wanted to get a quote for damages incurred to the Left Bed Side Panel. The insurance company of the party involved has sent me the check from a quote they have determined based on pictures I have taken for them. This man sitting to the left of the entrance told me that I will have to show them the estimate so they can base their quote from. So I went around asking people if that was right, and they ALL told me the same thing, that this man was trying to rip me off of all the compensation money, and maybe even more. I don't know if I walked in to this company too late and they just want to go home or what, but whichever the case they should be professional. I really hope this man is not the office manager and/or general manager, if he is then this company has no ethics whatsoever and I would NOT recommend to anyone, not even if you are desperate. If you are going to pay so much money, you might as well try the dealership collision center.

I went to Hodges because of a favorable review that I read here on Angie's List. Our 2009 Hyundai Genesis needed some minor body repair and repainting due to a small accident in our driveway. Mr. Gary Novosad inspected our car almost immediately, and worked up a quote while I waited in their small, but comfortable, waiting area. The quote was far less than I had previously received from another local collision shop that I had used a couple of years earlier for my Acura. Gary even said that he would meet or beat any other quote, and quot;within reasonand quot;. With quote in hand, I went to my third choice, Gillman Acura, which is where I have my Acura serviced, and where a good and reasonable repair had been accomplished on the car of an acquaintance. Gillman offered me a better deal that the first two, but neither they nor the first shop offered to and quot;meet or beatand quot; any other deal. I took the Gillman quote back to Hodges, and Gary was true to his word! He beat the lowest price I had! I therefor hired Hodges to perform the work. When I came to pick up the Hyundai, I was thrilled with the repair. There was absolutely NO evidence of any damage, nor was the repair noticeable, and the paint was matched perfectly. In other words, the result was exactly what I was hoping for! I would use Hodges again without hesitation. There may be other shops with larger and more elaborate facilities, fancier waiting areas, etc., but the true test of quality is what you get for your money. At Hodges, I definitely got my money's worth. I can, and do, highly recommend their services.

I got 3 estimates for the work in the Spring/Woodlands area the week before Christmas but didn't have time to leave my car until January 10. My estimate was written by Chris. They get top marks from me on several aspects of the transaction:
They treated me like they were interested in my business even though it was a small repair
They got the work done in a very efficient manner, finishing a day before promised. (I had indicated it was important that I be without my car as little as possible)
The repair looks great!
They were very fair with me when I brought up a question about a discrepancy between the estimate and the final bill.

I will definitely use Hodges Collision Repair on Rayford Rd in Spring again. I'm sure that all body shops wash your car before returning it, but they also cleaned the inside and left nice felt coasters in my cup holders. Nice touch!

Work was excellent quality and timely. They improved on what the adjuster had originally approved. Total work was $1781 for the front bumper and $397 for the rear. Paint job matched perfectly. I was extremely satisfied with their work.
