Hi-Tech Pest Pros

We've been using Hi-Tech PestPros for over 5 years. Staff and technicians are very attentive, on time, and professional. I especially recommend the annual fireant treatment for one flat price. It simply works - for the entire season.

Very responsive, reliable, and able to educate the customer. They stand behind their work as well.

They did an OK job. Not enough follow through for me. Took too many trips to finish the job but it eventually got done. Very humane way of handling the squirrels in the attic.

The tech specialist name was Jonathan, and he was very kind as well as professional. Jonathan was able to explain to me everything that I was concerned about. He even informed me of what he would do in simple details to where I understood, as well as he explained to me what all I was being charged for. The price was very reasonable compared to another company that just came to my house did not inspect inside of my house and just wrote me a quote and left. The customer service I received from Hi tech phone rep and the technician was great compared to other companies. I would definitely hire again.

Excellent service! I had a bat problem. Miguel showed up on time for my appointment. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Took the time to answer my questions. He inspected the house and did all the necessary repairs to resolve the problem now and in the future. I will definitely use them again.

Could not have been more POLITE!!! Thorough, professional, trustworthy, trusting. Small opossum lured into trap 1st night just as he predicted. Gave me leftover material from his office I could use under my garage door to block future animal access. Used my rickety ladder to climb atop my house & found hole that a varmint had literally dug into my roof! Had he not done this (so I could know & get it repaired) that hole would still be there w/who knows what kind of water & animal damage!!!
