About 4 years after moving into our new home, we hired someone to inspect our sprinkler system. Highland homes hired Ransco Irrigation to install the sprinkler system. Many of the sprinkler heads were buried too low. They weren't working, so we had to pay someone to correct this problem.
The landscaper buried all of the trees too low. The trees look okay for a few years, so nobody knows there's a problem until
years after they sign the papers. I've already gotten a tree expert to tell me the trees were buried too low.
