They were very prompt with repairing the damage.

The gentleman that came to the house was on-time and very professional. He spent quite a bit of time cleaning the exterior unit. He also explained the type of filter we should be using for the air exchange as well as how frequently we should be changing filters. He was really concerned that we get the best performance from our air conditioning unit. We've followed his advice and have seen a decrease in our electrical bill. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member.

We had one experience they could've done a better job maybe, a gas log heater in the fireplace. You never know what part's gonna go out. They're a good company. We've been using them since we moved here. I'd say B across the board on just about all the questions you ask.

Quick, they arrived, had the old unit removed and the new one installed in just a few hours.

Team showed-up on time and answered any and all questions about the health of the AC units and provided suggestions on extending the life of the units.

They said the system really needed to be replaced and a few weeks after they left, the problem went away. They misdiagnosed the problem. They are reputable in doing business around here for years. Based on the service they performed on this particular trip, I would say the quality wasn't very good. They were responsive. They were on time.

The technician was present only about 30 minutes. Did not inspect the outside unit (it was raining that day). The technician could not clean out the primary drain line, which is what prompted the call. Had to call a plumber. Within two weeks, I had another leak and discovered the air handler box was coming apart. There was still another blockage in the primary drain line, causing the secondary drain line to be overwhelmed. Another technician was sent to deal with the problem. He was able to seal the air handler box with an adhesive and clean out the line.

Great Installed new board and all went fine

I called an A/C repair company and they were unable to fix the problem after two separate trips. They charged me $328.00 and said I needed an entire a/c replacement that would cost thousands of dollars. I then called Hal Watson, and they identified and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes.

Fantastic. We are very picky people and worried about the wear and tear on our home during the replacement process. The crew laid down kraft papers on the hard floors and blankets on the carpet. Once the job was complete, you couldn't tell they had been in our house. The follow up service for minor adjustments was great, and the units run great too. We've used Hal Watson for the last 16 years for repairs, new constuction and replacements. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hal Watson's expert came to look at our old ac/heater, took measurements, & said he was sure they could find a new one within a reasonable length of time.  Within a month, they came & installed a new one that fit perfectly into the space, & works amazingly well.  We are very happy.  We had also used Hal Watson twice in May after our old ac guy had "inspected" our air conditioners & pronounced them in perfect condition; that very same evening my husband found one of the ac's dripping water out of the overflow pipe from the drip pan.  So we called Hal Watson because our builder/remodeler friend uses that company, & they came & fixed the problem by blowing out the P trap.  This cost $120, which we thought was a fair price.  It clogged up again a couple of weeks later, & they came again, decided that the problem was bits of insulation getting into the drain lines (we had extra insulation blown into our attic several years ago).  The Hal Watson technician cleared the insulation out of the drain lines & moved all the loose bits away from the pan so it wouldn't happen again.  This trip cost $185, which we also thought was a fair price.  We intend to use this company again for all our ac/heater needs.

Tech was prompt and professional.  Explained what he had found and fixed the problem.  Really great service and price.
