Company was hired to do windows inside and out. The house was a two story home and it was communicated the day of hire. When company arrive at the home they communicated to me that they didn't have the right tools to get the second floor outside windows cleaned. They were hire to clean to get all window cleaned. They didn't accomplish everything the were hired for.

They left a lot unfinished work. You had to go back and tell them what they missed, and then it was still obvious missed areas.

They did a great job but they didn't vacuume under some of the main furniture or under the cushions on the sofas. I don't feel they fulfilled the meaning of "deep cleaning" to the fullest. However, I think their customer service was great too and affordable.
