Even with four people behind the country, it was very difficult to get someone to assist me. At one point all sales associates left and there was no one around. At least two customers have up and left. After waiting some tine, a lady from another area came to help, but admitted she knew nothing about scopes. Fortunately I knew what I wanted, though when I selected the scope, she went to see if there was a new one in hey he box. Having none, I agreed to purchase the case model. They found the box, but there was no paperwork with the scope. The lady asked one of the men in the area if he knew where the paperwork for the scope was, and he replied,"Just tell him to look it up on the internet. He can download it. I don't have time to look." Frustrated, but wanting the scope, I agreed to the purchase, but did receive a 10% discount from the salesperson as an apology for her coworker's attitude. Happy with the merchandise, VERY disappointed with the customer service in the department.
