Our AC unit is 18 years old and I know during some point I have to replace them. Got to know MJ through a friend at work, called them out and inspected the unit showing that the freon was all leaked out. He suggested me instead of throwing money towards the repair, I might as well just take the plunge with the brand new unit. The crews (there are four people, including MJ) arrived at our place at the promised time (or probably a little earlier). They seem to be on top of their game and got things going immediately. Thew crews were friendly and courteous and took the time to explain the procedures as they proceed. They laid the card boards from the entrance of the attic all the way to the front door, when they finished, they took the time to clean the mess they have made just shows you how much they care. In the end, they replaced everything on my AC system except for the existing duct work (AC, coil and furnace, two of each), the job was completed in two days. They hauled away the old units and left our place spotless. At the end of the day, the families are all happy except for my wallet, I highly recommend MJ and his crews to anyone that needs AC work done.

They quote is much lower than anybody else, but the quality of the work is a top notch. The unit broke down this year, they came come out to check, found the problem and fixed it under warranty.I didn't have to pay anything.

He's extremely honest which is probably one of the best things you'd want from a provider. The quality of his work is A+. He's a very nice person and is more reasonable compared to other quotes we got. He completed the work in a timely manner. He's a very respectful and trustworthy person.

I’ll say I’ve had two very different experiences this year with work done at my house. The first I won’t spend any time on, but let’s just say it was the polar opposite of what I’m about to describe ... The other was with FrostAir LLC (frostair.net). This guy, Mjay - short for a much longer name - was simply FANTASTIC!! I had 3 16-SEER Trane units (3-ton, 4-ton & 5-ton) put in a week ago, for an unbelievably low cost. Was told by another guy in the business that it seemed near impossible. The difference is that this guy isn’t trying to get rich off of every job. That’s why he’ll always have business, I think ... his ethics align to the principles of God’s word. Anyway, the job included the outside condenser units, the inside furnaces/exchangers/evaporator coils, custom-built plenum, new disconnect boxes & 3 new Nest thermostats ... everything but new ducting and refrigeration lines. Oh, and a 10yr mfr warranty on parts and 2yr labor warranty. I can near guarantee that you won’t find a better deal than what Mjay will offer. He showed up when he said he would, called/texted if he was gonna be even a few minutes late, had materials delivered the next day after I paid deposit, spent 4 days at my house to do the job right, and I could go on. Very clean and professional — both personally and the work performed. His two main guys have been with him for over 10 years because he takes care of them ... i.e., buys their breakfast & lunch daily. He even brought my wife and I lunch after my knee surgery. After the job was completed, he texted each day for several days to ensure I was doing okay, personally, and that the units were keeping us comfortable. The man was incredible, and I highly recommend him. He specializes in residential/commercial A/C & refrigeration services. I hope this referral blesses someone this fine holiday season!
