 + -1 moreMy home is 3,000 square feet and I found their extermination rates very good for that size. They will identify the problem bug and not just spray randomly for "whatever is crawling". I call them when I have a specific problem. They are very prompt with returned phone calls and with attention to the problem. They have eradicated the problem every time I have used them.
Description of Work: I use this company in both my rental property as well as residential property and use them on an "as needed" basis. I never need to sign a contract with them, but I'm certain if residents would like them to come on a regular basis they would definitely arrange that with a contract. I had them spray for ants most recently.
