It was a great experience. I had seen the product at the boarding facility where I take the dogs, the Houston Dog Ranch, and confirmed with them that they were satisfied with the K9 Grass product. They have it installed and are currently installing it in their expansion areas. I contacted Chris Harris who came to the house and did a thorough review of the property and provided an estimate and diagram at the time of the site visit. He was able to accommodate a quick installation time and the final installation is outstanding. The crew was wonderful and very accommodating. Neither the dogs nor the family were inconvenienced at all during the installation. The back yard had been ruined because of the constant activity and play of the dogs in the yard. The K9 Grass looks great and the dogs love it. Because it is a woven material it acts like grass and the urine drains through the turf. The crew helped determine the best location for the turf so that the paths used by the dogs would be covered by the K9 Grass and the minimum amount of material was needed. The house has been much cleaner due to the lack of mud and dirt being tracked inside. The visual effect is very good and the product seems to be performing as promised. I highly recommend Chris and his company. David was the foreman of the crew and he did an excellent job keeping me informed of scheduling, changes, etc. as were needed due to weather and delivery conditions.
