Great! From my initial call to showing up to my house to assist with options that fit my budget. The crew showed up early introduced themselves and began work! Fast, clean, down to the smallest details.

Excellent: prompt service, professional process. Immediate response to questions. Fitz provided free estimate, communicated with insurance company, had their field rep meet with insurance adjustor when rthe adjustor visited the house to assess damage, helped to ensure all damages were covered and repaired. Work was completed promptly and according to the schedule they explained. Work quality was superb. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

I worked with Tyler Smith and his team. Tyler was great - he took his time in explaining everything to me (process, materials, timeline, etc.) and was very responsive throughout the process. They started around 7am and finished by about 3:30pm. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they cleaned up after themselves. Roof looks fantastic. I was a bit anxious since we are very, very close to our neighbor on one side despite having separate walls, so it was a trickier project, but it went really smoothly. Would highly recommend.

OK, but some hiccups... We were a 3 townhome single roof project. It was admittedly a challenging project due to coordinating all 3 owners, as well as the townhomes being 3 stories high. Sales pitch went well with my appreciation for the guidance on how high end shingles weren't worth the extra cost. I also appreciated the second visit to talk over the project with my neighbor, who wasn't available for the second sales discussion. The back office response and customer service was very good, as well. The cost was competitive with other similarly rated roofers. Some areas for improvement: 1. Late start (multiple weeks) on our project due to roofer resourcing issues. It wasn't a big deal for us, though. However, the project was completed in a single day, which was impressive. 2. it would have been nice if sales person would have knocked on door the day of the project to coordinate us, as well as check in with us during the day - neither was done. The 3rd townhome owner didn't know that he had to be home to let them into the back patio, nor that he had to let roofers into the house to confirm no attic damage issues. We were all scrambling to reach that person at work multiple times that day. I was out at dinner when I got a call that I had to get home ASAP for that attic inspection. Also, the roofers do not speak English, so we needed to call the office, who then relayed messages to roofers when we had questions. Kinda cumbersome... 3. We had requested that the gutters be cleared out during the sales discussion, and they agreed. They said they did so when we specifically asked afterwards (we couldn't confirm because none of us wanted to go up a ladder 3 stories up). However, when the gutters overflowed during the next rain, I had to hire a gutter person who charged me $350 to replace a gutter that still had old roofing granules and leaves in it (i.e., it never needed replacing, just needed to be cleaned out like I had suspected in the first place). We knew it would expensive to pay someone to go up 3 stories on a ladder, so this secondary project was a key factor in roofer choice.

Excellent! I really appreciated the work that Tyler Smith and his team did on repairing my roof. He came the day after I called him to look at the roof, gave me an estimate within a couple of days and completely the work in a timely manner. He explained the compromised areas and even provided pictures (before & after).

It was great. If I have questions, I called them and they would answer right away. They helped me a lot.

Korey and his guys did an awesome job on our house. They showed up everyday worked all day and got the roof replaced with days to spare from what he quoted. Korey communicated everyday with us and very easy to work with. His crew cleaned up the yard at the end of everyday without having to be asked. I have recommended Fitz Roofing to multiple friends and they have been very happy with his service!

These guys are awesome, I had them install a new roof on my dads house and they did an outstanding job. I would recommend Fitz roofing to anyone that needs a roof replacement, they are the most honest bunch of guys that I’ve met in the roofing industry, they will tell you straight out if a complete replacement is or is not needed. All the other roofing companies we called went straight for the jugular and tried to up-sale everything they could, the guys Fitz let me know what was needed and why it was important to replace said items. Give them a call, you will not regret it.

Excellent, they came out and did the job in one day. As a surprise to me they did my gazebo behind our house to. Very pleased.

Fitz Roofing does outstanding work. The quality of materials and workmanship is far beyond other roofing companies. They sit down with you and go over all your options and answer all your questions so you know how long it will take and the cost with no hidden costs. I would hire Fitz Roofing and would refer them without any hesitation.

Fits roofing came out and repaired a section of roof that the last big storm we had pull some shingles off. They did a great job and took care of me in a timely manor.

Korey and his team were fabulous! We needed repairs after a storm caused a leak in our roof. They showed up the next day to give an estimate and the repairs were done. We will definitely use them again when we do a new roof in a few years!

Excellent customer service and quality Best in the business!!

Jose was very nice. The owner came out to finalize everything. The only thing I can say bad is I gave them a paper that came from insurance company,  I emailed them and asked for a copy and never got that. Other then that, I cant give any complaints on them.
