The window was a special type of leaded glass that was not easily replaced. This increased the complications and cost of the job. The technician was adept at doing this without causing any damage to the door. He finished in one morning, and came back after lunch to check on the adhesive, before considering it a complete job. The new window fits much tighter than the old one.
