They are wonderful with customer service and delivered the work that we were wanting in a professional and efficient manner! They also have the best prices in town. 10/10 do recommend will be doing work with them again!

In a nutshell this company had poor customer service and did a botch job.

I have been using Fase Handyman (AKA Hernan Macias) for almost 5 years now. I will never use another handyman. I have used their company for about 5 years. Hernan, his wife, and their company have always been accommodating. I've compared outside quotes to them and they've been honest, even if it means they don't get the job. During the freeze, Hernan and his wife went to 5+ stores to find us pipes to get us water. I've flooded a floor and Hernan was over within minutes though it was a 5 AM phone call. They are great people and their type of customer service is hard to find nowadays. All the friends I have referred them to have also continued to use them. When I catch up the people ive referred them to, I ask and they say Hernan and his crew are great. Can't recommend enough! Projects done inlcude: Plumbing Painting Sheet rock Electrical Roof patching Light fixtures installation Toilets Hanging objects high ceilings Insulation Fencing And free consultations (day & night).

Didn't do bed

In order of my experiences with them they were -Prompt in communicating -Came out to quote me quickly and accurately -Gave excellent design and build suggestions -More cost effective than any other quote I had gotten -Completed tear down on my large 2 story deck quickly -Had excellent construction technique. (I work from home and reviewed their work everyday after leaving). No corners were cut on my build! -Pointed out several repairs to the home that needed to be made and completed the repairs at a great price. The results looked better than they had before I bought the home. -Finished my massive deck right on time - Finished exactly on budget with their initial quote - Followed up with all of the information I would need for paint and care in the future. I worked with them because they had done work for my mom that looked excellent and she recommended them. I could not be happier with the build and the next time I need something I will be calling them only. P.s. a few days after the deck was finished, I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that damaged some drywall. They came out and fixed it the next day. You cannot tell there was ever an issue.

My dog did extensive damage to the wooden door leading from the outside into the garage, tearing out pieces of the wood on the lower panel (big separation issues resulting from COVID after going back to work). I had tried so many things to minimize it but nothing worked. Ultimately when Fase came out they suggested a stainless steel metal sheet cut to cover the space on both sides of the door and secured them with steel screws. They did a fantastic job and my dog is now unable to destroy any part of it going forward. Ià ¢à  à  m so happy and they will be the only repair people I will call for future projects. Also they were prompt on time and very reasonable on their price. Highly recommend.

Came in time and did a very good job. Good people.

Very meticulous in painting touchups that were required when they raised three kitchen cabinets about 1". They managed to do everything I asked of them and did the tasks well. I had to do some cleanup after they were finished, but it wasn't really much at all. I would certainly re-hire them for other projects. These days it's hard to find a good handyman -- especially one that's available and can start promptly on your projects.

Hernan did a great job! They were quick to get me a quote and always showed up on time and ready to go. We had dog doors, ceiling fans, chandeliers, and patio shades installed. We also had TVs mounted outside and inside. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great group of guys, did an excellent job fixing/replacing an old deck. They cleaned up after and were just a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely, without question, be using them for other projects in my future.

Upon completion of the job there were several areas in the front lawn where paint was either spilled or poured directly on the grass and not cleaned which led to an HOA fine, there were buckets of paint left inside the house, there were droplets of paint scattered throughout the interior of the house, there were droplets of paint on the balcony floor as a result of their panting of the exterior wall, and lastly the work crew drank all of our bottled water.

They are very listening and timely. Very easy to make the payment through Zello and they email all the receipts as soon as the payment is made. Will hire for future needs.

I needed my garage door replaced. Ms Mariela has the patience of a saint!! I am not the best at scheduling things and she was just so thoughtful and understanding. We got my act together, got my garage door replaced, and installed a new garage door opener all before noon!! Definitely will be a repeat customer for all of my home repair needs.
