I had my car towed into the shop because it failed to start because the security light was on. I used that shop because they had several Pontiac firebirds on the lot. The owner and I had discussed firebird cars. So I thought they could let me know why the security light was on. My sister rode with the tow truck driver to the shop. Apparently, the workers did not know why the security light was on. So they started doing some testing. Then my sister called me and told me that my car started and was sounding like a diesel truck. This was after several hours. I spoke with the worker who informed me they could get my car running. I just needed to give them time. I explained to them what my sister had stated. After several back and forth talks I determined they did not know what they were doing. I instructed the owner to stop whatever they were doing on the car. I then had it towed to the dealership. The service person there stated that whoever had worked on my car had messed up the security system. It cost me several thousand dollars and months of service work to get the car repaired. I will never use this shop again, not even for an oil change.

Took the car in because the engine began to overheat when running the A/C in stop and go traffic. Chris and his staff quickly diagnosed the issue to be a clogged radiator an recommended the radiator services completed above. The car was kept overnight in order to complete all of the work that was requested.
When I picked the vehicle up I purposely drove around town in heavy traffic with the A/C on to ensure that the problem was corrected. I am extremely pleased with the results of the service that was performed.
