The entire process from the initial quote to final inspection was meticulous, professional and smooth. Having worked with 2 other big HVAC companies over the last 8 years, I had grown frustrated with the constant nickel and dime and inflated pricing. Expo offered excellent pricing. More importantly, they did a great job. They repositioning the Heating system in the attic to open up the attic space. He also moved the Condenser behind the fence so it wasn't visible from the front. They also ran a checkup on my other HVAC system. Overall a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend them.

Amazing experience with Expo and highly recommend. As we are currently experiencing a shortage of new units in Houston area due to reduced mfg associated with COVID, Expo owner reached outside of the Houston supply chain to find me a system. They then drove 1.5 hours each way to pick it up; they had it installed in less than 24 hours from when I called them. WOW! With the shortage of units and having to drive to get a system, they did not even attempt to increase the price from the quote I had from several weeks back. Definitely earned my future business. Unit installed and cooling nicely. Installers very nice & professional.

Expo Heating and Cooling replaced our duct work, furnace, ac unit, register boxes and grills, plenum box and more. They installed an awesome air purification system as well! We are incredibly happy with their quality of work and the price we paid! ALL of their workers were clean, organized and professional. Jubran is a talented HVAC professional with years of experience and he's also a really pleasant person in general! He is very patient and understanding and transparent in all his communications and work. He even texted me photos while the work was being done to keep me updated. It was a really good experience for us and we are so happy!

I wanted an honest opinion on the humidity problem my 2-yr old HVAC system was having (too much humidity in the house) and had doubts that I could get that from the company I bought the unit from. Two men showed up on time from Expo to do the service work (45 minutes), and explained that the problem I was having with excessive humidity was a rather expensive hardware problem that should be covered by the original warranty, and recommended I call the original installer soon. I will do so right away.

Because I am an elderly woman and near retirement, I wanted to shop around and get different quotes to avoid being taken advantage of. John Moore and Kingwood Cooling and Heating would not give me any prices over the phone. When I called Expo, the owner, Jubran Twal returned my call immediately and gave me quotes on certain units so I could compare prices. There was no pressure. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The other companies didn’t return my call right away, and when they did two weeks later, they wanted to set up a date for someone to come out and give me an estimate. By that time, I had already committed to hiring Expo Heating & Cooling. Jubran came out on a Friday and told me what I needed, and the cost. The following Friday two technicians were at my home early in the morning and spent the entire day in the heat, replacing everything. The technician, Fredy Reyes, was excellent. He got right to the job at hand. He didn’t waste any time removing and installing. And he never took a break! Then, Jubran came and helped install the condenser. Once the job was done, Fredy explained everything to me and showed me how to replace the filter in the attic because an air purification system was also installed. I learned a lot about ACs today and very confident in my ability to maintain the system between yearly tuneups. I will forever use Expo for all my cooling and heating needs. Their prices are reasonable and their work is excellent. When the work is finished you can rest assured, you got the best company in town to do the work. I highly recommend Expo Heating & Cooling and so thankful and blessed to be able to finally have cool and clean air. No more sneezing, coughing and doctor visits during allergy season. Thank you Jubran, Fredy and the other technicians that did an excellent job!!

AC Unit went out on a holiday weekend, and Expo was helpful and prompt in helping us out. They visited on Memorial Day, provided an estimate, and then worked with us as we nailed down the price. The crew then completed the project the next day promptly, with the owner visiting our home twice to make sure the job was done well. We would definitely hire again, and recommend Expo to others.

Outstanding! EXPO was prompt and professional with the installation of our new cooling and heating unit. They gave us the best estimate, and all work was accomplished with consideration to our family and in a timely manner. They replaced duct work, thermostat, and drain. We are totally happy with our new cooling and heating system!

Great company and nice guys. Fixed what some other clown messed up. There is alot to be said for a company that is more interested in taking care of a customer than nickel and diming the **** out of you. I had hung my furnace on strut in my attic and they removed that for code and safety and didnt charge additional. Installed Air Purifier because i told them i had breathing issues, replaced my drain pan and installed float switch. They were great, will use again.

I called them at 8pm to report the issue and they answered my call! They had someone at my store first thing in the morning to repair the issue. They were prompt, quick, knowledgable and Professional. Thank you!

Jubran did a great job taking care of us. We called him at the very last minute, and he was able to reschedule some things to make it in time to help us. He did a great job we haven’t had any issues since in his prices were super competitive. I highly recommend him as I am very satisfied with the service .

We needed our A/C system replaced since it was 14 years and after we did some research we found out that EXPO has the best prices and services in town, I highly recommend this company. I went with them after getting other estimates from different local A/C companies but no one else was even close to what they offered us. Jubran the owner was there to check on all the work and called me a couple of times after everything was done just to make sure I'm 100% happy with everything. If you want to save money and time by dealing with the best then just call them and see what true honesty and customer service looks like.
