Robert responded to my online request the same day, and came out the next day to give a quote for about 25 feet of second story gutters and screens. The work was promptly scheduled and performed, and I am completely satisfied with the work. Robert was very easy to work with.

From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with Robert from Excel Rain Gutters and his crew. I wanted to install gutter guards because of the abundance of pine needles constantly falling on my roof and clogging my gutters. I received quotes from the some of the big gutter guard companies as well as 2 smaller companies. One of the big companies kept making appointments with me and then never showed up (3 times!) The difference in price and personalities between the large companies and Excel Rain Gutters was amazing. After getting a quote from the larger companies which was in the thousands of dollars, I told them that I wanted to “think about it” which at that point, they started to give me the real hard sell and became very belligerent and angry when I would not cave in to them. I guess they thought a single older woman was a pushover. Hard to believe they thought they would get a sale that way! Then I met with Robert who had a completely different attitude and personality. He gave me a reasonable quote about installing gutter guards and he was extremely personable, knowledgeable and pleasant. After speaking with him, it was clear that Excel Rain Gutters was the company I trusted and wanted to do business with. They were not the least expensive company but they were the company that I knew I would like working with and their price was so much lower than the larger companies, it was unbelievable. z They were on time, worked quickly, did an excellent job, cleaned up the entire area before leaving and had a 3-year warranty which the other companies did not offer.
