The owner performed the services. He exterminated inside and outside the home, offered free termite inspection, and clogged an area outside the home where mice could be entering the garage. He was very thorough and professional. I am pleased with the company and will use their services in the future.

He did an outstanding job, he responded to our need and took care of our problem in a very timely manner. We will definitely use
this company again.

Overall, I was very please with the service. It is apparent this is a family-owned business, where the owners take much pride in the quality of thier service.

I have another house and there he does checks on termite and the treatment for it also. He is on time. I am very allergic to a lot of the extermination chemicals and he is very good about taking that into consideration and designing it for his clients for what they need for their own personal need and for the situation. He is very congenial. He is very prompt within a 30 minute time frame. He is very easy to work with. We have recommended him to many of our friends. He gives a 30 minutes time frame and he is always here with in that time. He is very professional. He explains any of the chemicals, questions about anything. Like we had a flower box in front of our window and we kept getting little sugar ants and we could not control them. He advised that we remove the flower box because they enjoy being that close to the kitchen. I removed it and he did the extermination for them and we did not have another problem. He is very much on to this little detail and getting the problem under control instead of allowing the problem to go on. I would continue to use his services in the future.

They take care of my fire ants and if they come back they come back and spray again and don't charge me. They are great. Their prices have gone up quite a bit in the last couple of years, but then I realize things have gone up. I have used them for years and I will continue to. They live right here in my neighborhood so they are real convenient and real good about getting here and doing what needs to be done. I had some fire ants in my house, the first time ever, they were all over my kitchen cupboard and they were here within two hours. They figured out the problem and they got them. I will use them again.

They were very good. They came on time and did what they were supposed to do. He did a good job. I just used him one time.

I have been using them for fifteen years or more. They are wonderful. They do what they say they are going to do. They are very punctual. They keep you on their reminder list, so that you don't have to do it. They provide an excellent service. There price is very reasonable.
