Incredible service, quality of product, quality of application.

Professional in every regard; the work was completed ahead of schedule, they called before arrival and always arrived when promised, the job was completed in two days.

Commercial-grade application (shot-blasted cement instead of acid-washing method) and Commercial-grade epoxy & finishing was much better than we saw as Home Depot and what was going to be used by the three other companies we received bids from.

My garage looks like a commercial floor you'd find at an airport or commercial building.

They were on time and did everything they said they would.  Did fantastic work.

I highly recommend Epoxy Solutions.  My initial inquiry received an immediate response and they met me at my new construction house to give me a quote that day (which was a Saturday).  I was working on a tight timeline because I wanted my garage floor completed prior to move in.   Stephen and team worked miracles to get the job done before move in day.   Very professional and responsive.  My floor looks fabulous and I was pleased with this company from start to finish.

It took a bit longer than expected, but it was not their fault, just mother nature.

It is hard to complete these projects in cold and rainy weather, which January and February sucked really bad this year on being somewhat pleasant.  The epoxy prep and application goes much better in warmer weather.

So we had to work around some of the delays, but over all it turned out very well.  No issues so far.

Looking back at the way the floor looked before, I can't believe I parked my truck on it.  Feels like a whole new garage now.

The completed job looks very good. They did ha a problem with small cracks that were not filled on the first floor, but they did immediately redo the floor.

Mark and Will finished up yesterday at the house around 1:00. I wanted to share a couple of observations about our transaction with you. First, you made a great start by following up and staying engaged in the early days of our association. When you told me that your crew would be out at 8:00 on Monday, I was waiting for them. I really appreciated your call to let me know that they would be a little late due to traffic they had encountered. I commented to Mark that your call was a good indicator to me that you are involved in customer engagement and satisfaction. I really appreciated it. Keep doing those little things; they are differentiators and will set you apart from your competition. Quite honestly, your company was the second one that I had contacted to do the work. I had one outfit come out and give me an estimate, followed up with them twice, and could never get them to return my calls. Guess which one of you will get my recommendation!

Second, Mark and Will represented your company extremely well. I enjoyed having them in my home. They too were interested in customer engagement and satisfaction. They were diligent and hard working from the time they arrived until they left. The only time they stopped was if I had a question. They were sharp, well-spoken, and just a real pleasure to have working at our home. I hope all of your crews are as good as they seemed to be.

From what I have been able to see (although I haven't had time to make a careful inspection), the job is extremely high quality workmanship done with high quality materials. The garage looks amazing. I am almost inclined to sell my tools and not clutter up the place again. Thanks for a job well done! I look forward to showing off the garage to my neighbors and seeing you guys in the neighborhood in the future.
