Description of Work: They are very unprofessional and their billing system is so antiquated you cant set up automatic withdrawals. You have to go through your bank and it can take months. Being gone alot for work I messed up and was late paying my bill. My wayer was disconnected and I had to get a cashiers check, drop it off to them in at night and then they were slow to reschedule turning it back on. If I could have had autowithdrawal like I do everythi g else, it would have never happened. Dont fool yourself. We are not their customers. the municipal water district is their customer. We are just what they have to deal with to keep their contract. Guess what? you don't get a choice. There is no other wayer provider.

 + -1 moreWe have had two major water issues with them. We have had contaminates in our water line. We had a leak on the supply side of the line, and the technician was not comptent and flooded our house. They handled the situation very poorly. We did not feel comfortable drinking our own water.
