Frank, of EF Arbor Services, came out to the house on Saturday morning and gave us a quotation for removal of the tree that fell on the house early that morning, despite the fact that the company does not work on Saturday or Sunday. He was able to send a crew the next morning, and they removed the tree and root ball. The price was very fair. We have used EF Arbor for many years and have always been happy with the quality of the work and the reasonableness of the price.

The entire process from receiving an estimate and cutting down the trees went perfectly! The workers were all very professional, worked very hard and cleaned everything up afterwards! It is amazing to watch them take down a large tree! I will definitely use them again for any tree service I may need!

These folks where excellent--they efficiently cut a large 70 foot tree that was blown over by high winds. They came with a large and effective tree. They worked safely and no delays. They completely clear the limbs and addition clear some other tree limbs near the house. I am not easily impressed but these folks were very impressive. I endorse this company without reservation .

I have used EF Arbor for over twenty years. Their trimmers always do the job right and safely. They clean up afterwards so that you never knew there was tree work done on your property. This time was no different. They are the only company I will use for tree maintenance.

Have used this company for 20 years. Their tree climbers are safe and know what they are doing. The ground crew hauled everything to the chipper/shredder and completely cleaned my yard and driveway after the debris had been shredded.

Excellent Job. Took out major branches that was growing over top of house. Took out dead limbs, thinned small limbs out where needed and cut limbs away from power line. After they finished they cleaned and remover all the debris. You could not tell they had been here. I have used them for many years and would definitely recommend them.

EF Arbor Services arrived around 10 AM as promised. They set up right away and began working. They were very organized and efficient. As they began limbing the tree, they were carefully lowering each branch to the ground with rope and pulley. I had another appointment but returned around 12:30 to find everything finished and the yard cleaned up nicely. I will be recommending EF Arbor Services to all my real estate colleagues.

Frank came out the same day we called to give an estimate on grinding a stump with extensive roots spanning a property line. His crew showed up on time and did a great job, including cleaning up the area. We are very pleased with the service.

Frank met with us at our convenience to set up appointment to perform work. The crew showed up promptly on the date we selected. The crew worked quickly and professionally to remove the two pine trees without damaging an oak tree that was right next to the large pine tree. They were able to carefully remove the pine trees without affecting any structures or landscaping. The oak tree was professionally trimmed and the crew chief conferred with me constantly on the trimming to make sure the trimming met our expectations. Overall they did a great job in performing this work at a fair price. They also cleaned up the area and the street where they had used the mulching machine.

I hired EF Arbor to remove two large trees from my property (1 Oak and 1 Pine) plus grind one stump. The oak tree in the back had a large limb (approx 8" diameter) break off during the Memorial Day storm that was caught up in the tree.
EF Arbor was very professional from the beginning. They were prompt with both the estimate and actual contracted appointments. EF Arbor was competitive with their pricing . The large tree in the back had a sprinkler head right next to the tree. I pointed this out before the work began and they removed the tree with no damage to the sprinkler.
My only criticism (why I gave a B for Quality) is that when removing the Pine tree in the front yard, it was cut down in a large section and landed in the grass creating a gouge in the lawn. In their defense, this may have been due to the fact that the pine tree was next to HIgh Power Electrical Lines and felling it into the front yard was the safest thing for their crew.
Another item that impressed me was that they did not require payment at the end of the job. (Although I was prepared to pay.) A bill was sent to me later that week, indicating to me that the company must be run well enough to be financially stable.
I would definitely hire EF Arbor again.

My neighbor used EF Arbor. Amazing. Came out on time exactly when they were scheduled. Large crew with all kinds of equipment. Estimated it would take two days for ten trees, half of which were huge. Only took one day to do all the work. Great price. Honest hard-working crew. Cleaned up after themselves. A power line and telephone line were touching some of these trees and the guys left them fully untouched and sound. No damages. Not often you get service like this at that. Would DEFINITELY use these guys again.

They arrived approximately 20 minutes after they said they would, but I did tell them I was flexible on the time (as I was home all day that day). Two crews arrived and they got to work immediately. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy overall with the look of our "new" trees. Great service...would recommend and use again!

I asked the workmen at time of service to cut a particular branch which was hanging too low over power lines. They refused to cut this branch stating it was not necessary. I noticed on September 12 (five weeks later) the branch was resting on the power lines. E F's rep came out at my request and advised they would not stand behind their work by requiring an additional $150 to remove this branch. I have no way of knowing if they damaged or intentionally "nicked" the branch while up in the tree in order to create an opportunity to charge additional fees. I have used this service for approximately 10 years; however, the ownership/management has been taken over by family members with the original owner no longer active. I will not recommend or use their services again.
