 + -1 moreWhen she moved, I moved with her I like her that much. One of the coolest things is you can make an appointment on the internet which is nice because there are times I'll call them during business hours and think about out it and need to change over the weekend. She's very good, she's a very good stylist. She's usually right on time. All my kids go to her when they come into town.
Description of Work: I go there for hair appointments.

 + -1 moreAppt. was very easy, they start appts before 8 am which is perfect for me. I walked in and was seen immediately. Amy was my stylist and she was cool and hip, but not obnoxious. She listened attentively to what I wanted. She gave me a head and shoulder massage, then her asst. Washed my hair and then Amy spent about 1 hr cutting and styling my hair. It was exactly what I showed her in the picture I brought with me. She still used too many products despite my telling her I don't like hair "products" by the end of the day they left my hair heavy and looking dirty. But the salon was nice and stylish and the attention was nice. She did a quick makeup touch up after my hair service. Be sure to bring cash for a tip.
Description of Work: I had a consultation, wash, cut, style and blow dry.

 + -1 moreOverall this was a great experience and I plan to go back.
Description of Work: Amy, one of the top stylists cut my hair. I took in a picture of a short hair cut and she matched it. She definitely knows what she's doing, and I was impressed by her cutting technique. She also took time to explain the styling technique to me. While she was cutting my hair we also talked a lot about how continuing education is required for all the stylists. In addition to the haircut, the time spent leading up the hair cut was also great. Before washing my hair, one of the interns gave me a scalp massage. Then, because Amy was running behind, this same intern also gave me a hand massage while I was waiting. I was very relaxed when I left the salon. Also, regarding tips, the salon will not let you add a tip to your bill. But, you are welcome to leave a tip via cash or personal check with the stylist. It is not truly a "no tipping" policy, as I read in a previous review.

 + -1 moreIt is a very nice atmosphere there and the owner is even there making sure everything is going well. There is no tipping and they tell you specifically so it makes me feel more comfortable. They offer complimentary refreshments and it adds to the positive atmosphere.
Description of Work: I use them to color and trim my hair. They can also do pedicures and massages and everything.
