My wife and I switched to Kink Team Realty to help us with the sale of an inherited home. We previously had this home listed with a another realtor whose 6 month contract expired. After our initial meeting with Diane and Candi, we knew they would provide more focused and customized marketing. After contracting the Kink Team, within a little over a month, the home sold for a price that was within our original target window! The successful showing was initiated through the buyer’s realtor, but we believe that the Kink team’s policy of attending EVERY showing of the property and proactively contributing to the property marketing at the showing was a key factor in getting our home sold more quickly. The Kink team provided detailed knowledge of the neighborhood and knew the property well, so they could make a greater impact on prospective buyers than a showing realtor coming in “cold” ever could. The Kink team also provided outstanding customer service. They were very proactive with communicating information related to the showings and pre-contract activity. Post-contract acceptance support was outstanding. Linda was our Transaction Specialist who guided and assisted us with paperwork and scheduling through every aspect through the closing, which included working / scheduling with the title company, repairs, cleaning, and closing dates and procedures. Just fantastic! We are planning to sell our own home after retirement. We'll be going directly to the Kink Team to help us get that done quickly, efficiently, and at an optimal price! We can’t think of better way to recommended them than that.
