Of all the people who inspected the property and bid on the job, Steve was the only one who understood the complexity of the property, the scope of the work, and came prepared to do it well and expeditiously. All the others who bid on the job were pressure washers principally as a sideline to their main occupation, house painting. None of them had a good grasp of the complexity of the job nor the time, and though their quotes were considerably lower than what I paid, this property was cleaned by a real pro. He had the right gear; he showed up on time. He had the right number of skilled personnel to get the job finished expeditiously. I think he principally does commercial properties. I had him pressure wash and window clean my offices and factory before I accepted his bid for my residential property. My office and factory are much simpler than my residence. His bid for that was competitive and he did a great job. This guy is a pro.
