Jim was recommended to me by my real estate agent. He's exactly what you'd want from a home inspector: punctual, observant, detail-oriented, and professional. Both my frame inspection report and my final inspection report were in my email inbox the next morning, complete with digital images illustrating building deficiencies. He also took some time to discuss proper maintenance of the home's major systems, energy efficiency, and common construction pitfalls. I was happy with his performance. His pricing is on par with other quotes that I received. His Texas TREC id number is 6735. Jim recently moved to doing home inspections part-time, so he could teach. So you may need to set up appointments in the evenings or weekends. I actually find this advantageous, since I work full-time and wanted to meet with him at the subject property during his inspections.
Description of Work: Jim performed a frame inspection midway through the construction of our new home. Jim also performed a final inspection a week prior to our closing date.
