I initially bought an alignment service for my 17 year old truck but by the time I was able to get the truck into the shop other issues had popped up. Dan's provided me with a reasonable estimate for all the that needed doing, charged me a fair price and got me the truck back quicker than I expected. Their customer service was consistently top-notch and I would have no problem recommending their services to anyone looking for an honest, reliable auto repair facility.

I didn't bother shopping at anywhere else; they were the best on the price. It was perfect, they were the best on the quality. As far as responsiveness, they called when they were supposed to. They worked with me. They were able to help me stay within a certain price guideline. The shuttle service was wonderful. They helped me get down to a certain dollar amount.

I am Very particular about where I take my car, but very new to Spring that it was the AL reviews which led me to Dan's, right down the road. Did not get my car there until late in morning on a Friday, Roy got me checked in and I decided to wait for diagnosis. 90 minutes or so later Dan [of Dan's Automotive] gave me the news & costs and then honestly answered my questions about what else should be done while the Very Dead radiator was being replaced. I wasn't asking to be upsold and I do not think this shop would ever do that; integrated systems and tight access on modern vehicles mean there are some things which really NEED to be done when related parts and.or areas of the engine bay are already open. In my case that meant the radiator hoses and the thermostat, which did increase the cost but meant I was being proactive, with Dans' help, about repairs on my 16yo vehicle with 115K miles... Thank You Dan. True to their word, my Dodge was ready before closing at six... on a Friday afternoon, when my car didn't show up until 11 a.m. or so Dan also helped me understand why it was So Very Important to replace the timing belt as soon as possible and that when i did so it was best to replace the water pump. The water pump went first, 9 days after the radiator repair - so back she goes for water pump and timing belt as recommended. Overall, the shop is professional, courteous, kind and accommodating [i am disabled], informative and reasonable [i am poor] - in other words, pretty much everything you might have been conditioned to think NO automotive repair shops were anymore. Too Long / Didn't Read: trustworthy, fast, professional, honest, take your car there.

He is very easy to work with and I think he is very honest.

We have a 2010 Chevy Tahoe with 85000 that needed maintenance work done to it. They were great to work with and provided shuttle service to and from my house while they worked on the vehicle. Pricing was great we had everything required for service and maintenance for a 85000 4WD Tahoe. I went in by myself since my husband was working and I never once felt taken advantage of for being a women (which I have experienced at other repair shops), they never tried to upsale anything which is another experience I have had in the past. I would definitely use Dan's again and have already referred them to several neighbors.

No surprises. Was offered a ride. Very personable plus a two year warranty on the work.

They are 100% A+. I probably wouldn't take my car to anyone else. He is very honest and he walks you through the process. If you take your car in with a problem, he will diagnose it and then tell you what your options are. He will not oversell or try to upsell anything. He is incredibly honest.

I have a Corolla and my daughter has a 2008 GT Mustang and I am very cautious and careful who I allow to work on all my cars, especially my daughter's car. I met a gentleman in Magnolia that referred me to Dan's and said that he had an old firebird that he restored and that he truly trusted Dan and all the people that worked there and that Dan's Automotive was truly a honest and fair person and business. I totally agree, Dan's Automotive is the only shop that I trust to work on my cars...period!

This company is very honest and trustworthy. Dan is not going to try to sell me something I don't need. He makes sure that I am comfortable with the work that is needed to fix the problem; he does not up-sell me on things.

This shop is family-owned and operated, and you feel that from the moment you walk in the door. The entire staff (office and garage) are courteous and knowledgeable. Their philosophy is basically that shops can overcharge and do unnecessary work to make quick money, but in the end, the shop will lose because they've lost a loyal customer. Dan is honest and trustworthy, which is rare these days. You do not need an appointment for oil changes, and he rotates tires for free. He gives you accurate quotes, usually can do the job in a day or less, will give you a ride home if you live reasonably close, and explains everything clearly with no surprises. I will not go anywhere else.
