TV Service - Cable, Internet Service
The last time something happened and it was not their problem, it was another company that tore up the cable and they came out and fixed it and did a good job. Their employees are pretty good but trying to get service out of them as no one usually comes between 10:00 and 4:00 you tie the whole day waiting for them to show up but once they get it they fix it. They get a lot of problems with the TV going out and the screen turns blank or just freezes up. Their knowledge and technical skills are all great.

TV Service - Cable
They were responsive to our calls that our phone was not working but could not find a problem.. They just say it's my phone een though I have purchased a new phone and that one doesn't work either. Frustrating that they will not do anything else to solve the problem.
