 + -1 moreI am completely distraught. We have suffered with terrible internet service for the past 5 months. I have had ComCast to the house numerous times. I have replaced the modem twice, the router, the splitter, etc. The service is very slow and on most days we don't have it all day. The bills seem to grow and when I call now I am completely unable to get through. The service number just routes you around until you get so upset you just hang up. It is absolutely the worst service and the worst customer service. I tried today to get another provider (UVerse) and unfortunately I am stuck with ComCast. I cannot bear it!

Description of Work: The technician did not show up for my appointment and nobody called me. When I called they rescheduled my appointment and gave me a bill credit and waived installation of my home security system. This time the technician showed and was very apologetic and professional. They are good when they show.
