I am completely distraught. We have suffered with terrible internet service for the past 5 months. I have had ComCast to the house numerous times. I have replaced the modem twice, the router, the splitter, etc. The service is very slow and on most days we don't have it all day. The bills seem to grow and when I call now I am completely unable to get through. The service number just routes you around until you get so upset you just hang up. It is absolutely the worst service and the worst customer service. I tried today to get another provider (UVerse) and unfortunately I am stuck with ComCast. I cannot bear it!
