I've been in Texas almost a year (from Chicago), I have gone thru 3 vets with no satisfaction and $4,000-$5,000 down the drain. My 9 year old female boxer has heavy panting, excessive drinking (multiple gallons a day), potty breaks every hour that last 2 minutes, and pot bellied. The 1st vet I went to in the woodlands diagnosed her with, "if you don't like her going to the bathroom, then hold back her water, here's a pill to stop her from urinating so much". Wrong answer!!! 2nd vet in Conroe, all she wanted to due was re-run more and more tests, but of course, not the test I really wanted run, which was for cushings. The 3rd vet in Conroe, who did not accept care credit, was nickel and diming me to death with antibiotics to control her uti @ $100 a shot, and trying to control a low thyroid, and re run the tests I had done at the 2nd vet.....I had no money left to do my cushings test after all these other tests. Finally, I got an Angie's list account, Researched vets. Found Cole veterinarian. OMG People!!! These guys are really caring, they listen to you, They know you love your pet and that you would even go herbal in an attempt to try and help your pet at what ever costs because you choose so badly with your past vet choices. These people here get that! For the test I've been waiting a year to get, Done!!! They didn't give me the old song and dance that they have to rerun the elderly panel ($205 btw) so they could compare the labs that I had run 2 months prior and 4 months prior. No, they ran the cushings test, they did an xray and an ultra sound, so I know what I'm up against and for the 1st time, get the answers I need.  That's all I ever wanted from these other vets, but they would rather focus on everything but the main cause and in the mean time, I have been watching my dog remain in good spirits but suffering. They did everything that I asked. And I found out that cushings causes other problems in the body, but once you get your cushings disease under control, most likely all those other problems with be corrected. Hmmmm, but instead...the past vets wanted to treat the symptoms instead of the cause.

I give these guys a big 101% thumbs up, five stars and a big ole high 5 !!! . Thank you!!! You listen to your customers and you care about your patients. You know we love our animals, and you are more concerned with treating our pets, than filing your bank accounts.

By the way, we saw Dr. Carder. She might be a tiny little thing, but she is amazing and a very down to earth person !!!

Office Staff is amazing as well !!!

We have been using them for years, they give us such a great price.  They are very caring.  You could not ask for better when I had to put my 15 year old dog down.
