I work with buyers and sellers in The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Willis, Cypress and the surrounding areas and I’ve had extensive training in the latest real estate marketing strategies. My relocation company put me in touch with Coldwell Banker. I looked for homes with Beverly Berry but then waited until my current home sold to start looking seriously. When I was ready to look seriously, Beverly had become ill. She referred me to Coldwell Banker agent Debbie Almaguer, whom I have been working with ever since.
Description of Work: I worked with Beverly Berry and then Debbie Almaguer at Coldwell Banker. Beverly became sick unfortunately but referred me to Debbie in the same office. Debbie cleared her schedule to work with us at the last minute. She tirelessly took us to home after home and counseled me regarding home location/prices/etc. When we eventually found a home, she worked to arrange inspections, contractors, and all of the things that needed to be done. Since I was 250+ miles away, she stood in the gap for me and acted on my behalf. She was great!
