Description of Work: Damaged sheets. Came late. Poor quality of services. Could not properly clean tile floors. Gave credits for damaged sheets, late arrivals poor quality. Then threatened to sue me for the credits their manager had given me. I had emails that proved I was right, so they stopped threatening to sue. The owner never returned my calls. They now send me emails begging me to use them again. I will never use them again and reccommend that other not use them.

+ -1 moreI don't always get the same crew every time, so I don't get the same detailed cleaning every time. I do like that they send multiple people, so they are done within a couple of hours. Also, they don't do as much detailed cleaning as I was expecting, but do a good job on the bathrooms and bedrooms.
Description of Work: I last had Cleaning Authority come out to clean my house.
