+ -1 moreWhen I drop the car off they drove me back to my house and they called and told me when it would be ready and they came and pick me up as well. It was full complementary. They really help people and stick to their cost. They're extremely courteous and professional when you walk in. When they were on the phone when we walked in, they apologize right away for being on the phone and told us she'd be right with us. Told us where the drinks were if we wanted anything to drink and offered us a sit to wait. It was the most amazing place I have ever been. These guys know what they're doing, there's a reason they're 5 stars our of 13 Google reviews right now.

+ 0 moreI brought my SUV into Christian Brothers for it's annual state inspection. I was told that the SUV failed the inspection because the emergency parking brakes were not working and given a price for the repair. They ordered the part and called me when it came in, as promised. I returned the car and they fixed the emergency parking brakes on Friday. Unfortunately, as we drove the car on Saturday, we could hear a noise in the rear brake area. I brought the car in on Monday, and they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it at no charge to me. They even provided a card for a free oil change in the future for my inconvenience. They also gave me a ride to pick up my car. Through out this process, everyone one that I dealt with at Christian Brothers was extremely positive and courteous. They even remembered my name when I returned. They were very straight forward with how long the process would take and kept me clearly informed of any changes, just like they said they would. While there was a little and quot;hiccupand quot; with the repair (and and quot;hiccups do happen), they made it right and were very apologetic for the inconvenience. I left this experience feeling like I could trust Christian Brothers with any future repair work. I would definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them.
