Communicated and arranged the service via Angie's List. Technician was on time, professional and thorough. The hornets had been a reoccurring problem for us, and so far one month after treatment, we've only seen one hornet show up. Very professional service, technician took his time, also explained to my wife the limits of what could be done and gave professional advice for us to help to control problems ourselves. Would highly recommend.
