Went well, and fast. I think the price was very reasonable too. Only comment would be that once I turned the watch in for battery replacement, the person who took it disappeared into the back of the store without saying anything or giving me any idea how long it would take.
The above is not a big deal; I will go there again for any watch repair needs I have.

I called them up, and they got me in. They did my ring in a day and a half, so I did not have to go out without my wedding ring. They were very good in giving me estimates. The guy was very helpful and prompt.
