Champion & Nash HVAC

Champion Nash did a maintenance checkup on my AC and the next day thermostat had no power. I looked in attic and found cover on HVAC blower was installed incorrectly. Cut off switch was taped to hold it activated while tech looked over blower. Next day tape came loose and thermostat shut off. I fixed myself by installing cover correctly. Also when putting gauges on Compressor tech didn't use gauges with shut off valves so he could have gotten air in my system and he released the freon to atmosphere. Not impressed at all with the work.

Called for a heater not working problem. For 10-15 minutes fix, loose wires, they charged $209. Furthermore, the same afternoon the heater stopped working again. Reported the problem next morning, however they never follow up. Also, filed a complain with BBB, and they never responded. I'm suing now in small claims court.

During the Houston heat wave our AC went out over night. CFAC was at our door by 8:30AM and diagnosed the problem. By 6PM it was 99 degrees INSIDE our house but with the new AC unit installed by 6AM it was a wonderful cool 68 degrees! With professional techs, prompt service, honest Christian owners I absolutely recommend CFAC!

They come out in the spring and then they'll probably come out in the first week of November. They check everything, they check all the components. If they find anything that's below or low they tell me. It's less than $200. I don't know what it was. They're fast and they do what needs to be done. They're fast, polite, punctual and clean.

The entire evaluation, purchase and installation went very well. The representative, Buddy, was professional and pleasant. He conscientiously followed through with every commitment made, taking into consideration any special needs. Prior to seeking bids, I researched most aspects of the job and had numerous questions. Buddy was patient and, I believe, honest in answering the questions.

Champion Forest A/C and Heating provided us, as they have over the last 20 years, with quick and professional service.  We received a good and honest assessment of our problems and our needs, and they replaced our system quickly at a fair price..  Each of the crew members were polite and hard working.  Even though we have a home warranty, we chose to go with Champion Forest A/C, and we couldn't be more pleased.

My condenser unit stopped working  on a Saturday.  I waited until Monday to call.  Champion sent out Scott the same day.  He checked the entire unit and replaced the condenser fan motor with the correct American Standard Motor. (Someone had replaced it with a after market part before I bought the house in 2002.)  He was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I am always happy with the service I receive from this company.  Thank you Champion!

Freddie was prompt - he came out when he said he would.  He did a full troubleshooting analysis and it turned out the problem was a simple filter issue.  Freddie found the problem quickly, however, he continued to thoroughly inspect the system to ensure he had the correct solution.  Very friendly service and I would recommend him for A/C service.

They could have made a lot of money off of me, but they opted not to. Honesty and value for their service.

I love this company.  I forgot to review past services performed, but they have always done a great job at a great price.  On this visit, my a/c unit decided to act kooky on the evening before Good Friday.  Even though they had a skeleton crew, they managed to squeeze me in mid-day.  Turned out I was low on freon and have a small leak.  He added freon and checked to locate the leak.  I opted to wait to see how fast it was leaking and will replace the unit at a later time. (Hopefully its a slow one!)  
The technician is very nice and very thorough.  I have had him to my home before for a heating issue. Always professional, informative and prompt.  I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants good, honest, experienced service at a great price.

When one of our central air units stopped working in the August heat we called to have the unit checked out.  Upon inspecting the unit it we were offered the option of making some repairs or replacement.  The unit was 30 years old and needed to go so we opted for a new unit.  We were given an estimate and agreed on the unit and pricing.  To my surprise they were able to come out right away and replace the air conditioner and make some ductwork repairs.  Upon completion of the work they cleaned up after themselves and removed all the old equipment.  All work was completed on time at the agreed upon price.

I would not hesitate to use Champion Forest A/C & Heating for future work.

He was outstanding. He was professional, very pleasant, extremely honest. There were sent to us by some warranty company.

Nash Mechanical Contractors provided us with very good service on different occasions. We are really impressed by the promptness of their service calls. They got out in a jiffy and got our problem taken care of. The leak in our plumbing was an emergency, and the serviceman they sent out got it taken care of pronto and it didn't end up causing any damage. We love their work and the smile they have when doing it.
