I really liked their product, it smelled like a cedar chest. It's a gentle fog (it's not the heavy duty toxic pesticide that is normally used) and smothers the bugs. It worked quite well. They were great to work with and were very punctual. They appreciated the urgency and were more than willing to do what they could to help us.
