Pedro Marquez was our representative and he exceeded my expectations in his responsiveness and overall customer service. He called me everyday to tell me the progress of the repairs and made some touch up repairs I didn’t ask for. He went above and beyond what I expected and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs bodywork done.

The body shop was very interested in doing the work covered by the insurer, but did not bother doing the additional work that I requested. When they had completed the work that insurance paid for they handed me the keys and asked me to have a nice day. I wont go back again.

The car looked just as good as it did when I bought it...except for a few minor issues. The back seat, that has a latch, and is an entrance to the trunk, wouldn't latch, and a smudge that wouldn't come out needed to be fixed, I took it back and they happily fixed the issue. Then the trunk lid had some minor scratches in the paint, and the tail light was collecting water in it, I had to wait for them to get a new tail light and again I took it back and by the end of the day they had the issues repaired. The only real issue I had was with dealing with one of the body shop managers. Marty was very professional and courteous, he explained everything to me and assured me that the car would look good as new. But thereally was another guy, short guy that had a beer belly, with short hair and a mustache, didn't get his name, but I know his face well, he was very rude and condescending. I asked him a question about the trunk lid on the invoice, and he answered that it should be self explanatory... I think that I'm smart enough to know that if I already know the answer to my question that I'm not going to ask that particulr question... My first dealing with him was when I first picked the car up. The 2nd time was the 2nd time I visited caliber collision, he came out again, with the attitude of basically, what did I want now...he was very rude. I should have gotten his name before I wrote this review. But other than that I'm happy with how my car looks.

Their initial estimate indicated I would get the car back on Nov 18 (3.5 weeks) - and that's exactly when they delivered.  Several parts had to be ordered from Germany, yet they were able to get the parts in a timely manner.  The car looks brand new and everything works as it did before - I've tried all of the controls.  In addition to a high quality product, their customer service was awesome.  They took care of everything with State Farm and proactively notified me of the repairs status via text messages, including pictures and parts lists.  I never had to call them - they would communicate with me.  Lee was fantastic to work with.  I highly recommend Caliber.  Best service I've received from a supplier in many years.  They took the annoyance away that comes with having someone else damage your car.  I'm so glad Caliber was recommended to me.  Now it's my turn to recommend.

If you are looking for an honest and excellent body job for your collision need, look no further... the job was completed on time right on schedule as promise.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank my service advisor from Caliber Collision, her name is Lee Steckel...she's an amazing woman, very professional, very knowleageable in her line of work.  She went above and beyond her duties to make sure my insurance company pays for the damages in my car.  This lady fought for me.  The other guy who hit my car, decided to abandon my claim and turns out he doesn't have insurance in his company truck.   Thank you Caiber and Lee you are an asset to the company.  I love you guys....millions thanks.  My car looks like new...i can't believe my eyes, great excellent job.

It went really well. They even called enterprise on my behalf so that enterprise could pick me up and help me get a rental while my car was being repaired.

Excellent quality of work and excellent customer service.

After the repairs were completed, the vehicle looked as good as new. No complaints at all with quality of repairs. I brought my vehicle in the week before Thanksgiving and expected work to be completed before the holiday. However, I was not able to pick upy car until the Monday after Thanksgiving.

The estimate was reasonable, due in part to the fact it was a very small job. I did have another estimate somewhat cheaper, but the shop was not as conveniently located. From that point forward things did not go well.
I arrived on the appointment day and at the agreed to time (8 am), prepared to leave the vehicle for two days for the required work. I emphatically explained to the estimator I had to have the car back no later than the end of the second day and was assured that would be no problem. By late afternoon of the second day, I called the estimator and was told the vehicle would not be ready until the morning of the third day. At noon of the third day, since the car had not been returned, I called again and was told the vehicle would be ready "later in the afternoon." As I prepare this report on the evening of the third day I still do not have the car, nor do I know when I will receive it as the estimator never followed up after the morning promise failed to materialize. This shop is pathetically unprofessional and is totally void of any form of customer service. They failed repeatedly to keep their word regarding repair completion dates for what was an extremely minor paint repair job.

I was recommended to them by my insurance company. They have pretty good customer service and I used them 2 weeks ago.

We had been the middle car in a three car collision, being hit while we sat at a traffic light. Caliber did a great job in a short period of time, keeping us informed all the way as to progress on the job and then even delivered the finished repairs ahead of schedule.
