Byrds Eye Inspections has amazing pricing and there quality of work is great. There was a small water leak in the ceiling that would have been impossible to catch but they spotted it with a infrared gun. Over all Iâ m extremely impressed thanks Byrds Eye Inspections!

I said I would hire them again, and I did. We ended up terminating the contract on the first home after the inspection revealed some very concerning issues with the home. Since he did such a good job on the first house, we hired him for the second. We are just as pleased with the inspection of this home as well. Would recommend!

Anthony spotted leak with thermal imaging. Builder thought it would be false positive, but opened Sheetrock. Sure enough, water stains from a vent that was letting water in on the side of the house. Thanks Anthony. Very detailed report that gives me peace of mind.
