The water softener control module broke. The manufacturer sent a new module. Bob came out, took the old module off and replaced it with the new module. Bob continued to check water hardness, recycle the regeneration and charged virtually nothing for all the work he performed.
Great experience and would definitely use him again.

Great! Very professional. Cleaned up everything before he left. Took the trash with him. Bob is a great guy and charges a fair price.
