Blue Haven Pools did a great job building my pool. We had no problems with the construction at all. It was a lot of work to fit the pool in my yard. They had to locate the sewer line and work around it plus remove a tree. We got the pool we wanted and they left no mess in our yard.

Blue Haven Pools did a great job on my pool. I feel that they built it right. We got exactly what we wanted and we also designed it. I did have a horrible experience with the sales department as they were very rude as they would say one thing and do another. I did not feel that they honored the completion date.

The entire job was a complete mess. Their contractors did not show up when they were supposed to. There was very little coordination between the different companies doing the job, who were actually supposed to be working together. Many mistakes were made that never should have happened. At least Blue Haven is trying to make it up to us by doing other services, but the damage is done.
