BILL BEAL'S BONDED TREE SVC

I called Neil because a neighbor uses them and likes them. I just moved to the area and needed a lot of tree work done. The day I called Neil came by and gave me an estimate. After discussing all that needed to be done, he wrote his price on the back of his card and told me to call the office to schedule a day. By the end of the week his crew was here cutting away! Neil and his crew arrived right on time and worked hard the whole day. Neil is the boss and was here throughout the day, but Jake was second in charge and here the whole time. Jake was friendly and easy to talk to and the one I dealt with most. He understood what I was looking for when shaping the trees and had a great personality and disposition. Customer service was A+ and this company wanted to make sure I was happy in the end. The cleanup was fantastic too! Overall, I was very, very impressed with the job they did! I plan on hiring them again in the future.

I called the service and immediately got through and schedule someone to come by and give us an estimate on the service. I few days later Neil Beal stopped by and gave us the estimate for the trees.  I called back in a day or two and requested that they come by do the work and they agreed to be by in a couple of days to complete. They didn't come when I expected and I called back a few days later and requested that they still come by and trim the trees. I took a couple of days but they finally made it out here and they did a fantastic job. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future, I feel they just need to work a little bit on they scheduling to ensure they come when they schedule it. But overall they do such a great job with the trees that a little delay is acceptable.

I got a good price on 4 trees that I wanted cut down (2 med., 2 sm.) with the stumps ground. Mr. Beal said he would call back to set up a date to work. I didn't get a call back, but he returned the second morning and began work. The crew was very good cutting the larger trees within 2 ft. of my house without damaging the roof or neighbors driveway. I was impressed. They also cut 2 smaller trees. They cleaned up and were starting to grind stumps when the grinder broke down. They said they would return tomorrow  or the next day to finish the job. I paid them with the good faith they would return as promised. They did not return the next day, but it was New Year's Day so I didn't think much of it, but after a week's time they still had not returned and had not called to let me know when the job would be completed. I called Mr. Beal back the following Mon. to find out the status of the broken stump grinder. He said they were still fixing it and it should be working tomorrow. They would be at my house to finish the stumps in 2 days. One additional week later, I received no calls and no ground stumps. I called again the next Mon. and left a message asking about the status of the stump grinder. I did not receive a call, but they came out and ground the stumps.
Overall, I was happy with the price and quality of the work, but the communication was almost non-existent. It would be nice to know when they were coming and what the status was of the stump grinding. The stumps weren't going anywhere, so it wasn't imperative that they get ground immediately, but I started to get worried after 2 weeks or so without the job completed as promised.
