 + -1 moreThe overall experience went really well. The bike is a perfect fit and I'm really happy with it. The accessories such as the lock, water bottle, computer and lights all are attached very well. The sale person provided me a lot of advise about taking care of the bike. The only complaint is that the accessories were priced a little high. I think that's where they make their margins, but everything I purchased was extremely high quality. One thing that I liked is that the person working with me knew most of what he was talking about but in the few areas where he didn't know the answers he told me so and then went to the lead bike expert who answered the questions. Compare this to people that simple give you an answer not knowing if its truly correct.
Description of Work: I went to Bike Barn to purchase a Specialized brand carbon fiber road bike as well as all of the gear (helmet, lights, water bottle, clothes, etc). I paid $3000 for the bike and about $1000 for accessories. The people at Bike Barn had to size me up and show me the bikes available. Once I selected the bike, they attached all the accessories for me and also fine tuned the bike so it fit me perfectly.

 + -1 moreThey fitted us for the bikes. They adjusted the bikes for us and they put on the accessories that we asked for. They are a full service bike shop. This was not the first time. We've purchased bikes from them before. The first time we chose them was because we had seen them when we drove past them one time and they were near our home.
