I called to request service as soon as possible as we were going to be headed out of town. They were able to fit us in before we left. Very professional and nice.

The experience was good. They were very responsive. They were out when they said they will be here to do the work that they are required to. They were very knowledgeable and they've been doing the work for a long time. They have great recommendations and great in answering questions.

I would even let Chuck, the owner, be at my home and lock up for me. I just think he does an incredible job. He is very thorough. He has done the inside and the out of my home. For example if you are exterminating for fleas and you need a second treatment, it is included in the price.

They come out every 3 months to spray inside and outdoors of our home. I have used them for 9 years. I don't have any problems with bugs coming back because they pray for bees and fire ants outside of our home. The workers are professional and efficient. It usually takes them about 25-30 minutes to do their thing.

Bearcat Termite and Pest Control did an excellent job. They show up on time, are honest, caring and polite. I've been using them for eight years, so I trust them and their prices are very reasonable. I see an occasional bug outdoors, but it isn't any big deal. I also see a lot of dead bugs inside. They spray every three months and I would highly recommend them.

We did not have a big problem with cockroaches. We saw them only once in a while, but we couldnt get rid of the ants so Bear Cat did. The appointment was kept exactly and they were polite, professional, and most important, got rid of the ants. If we see ants again, we will not hesitate to call.

The technician did a great job. He was professional, polite and very nice. He knew what he was doing and I havent seen any live bugs since he sprayed. I just see dead bugs, but if you see any live bugs, he will come back and spray again at no charge. He calls to remind me when its time to spray again, which is every three months.
