Aztec Glass and Mirror

Horrible work! They had to come back because of the way they installed the clear flashing around the door in the master shower. It leaked water in several places and the silicone application is very messy. We have been in the house 3 months now and noticed the guest shower door is dragging and won't close. That door is a standard size 32 inch door and that shower hasn't been used yet. We contacted the builder and he said that Aztec told him it is a 36 inch door and it was too big and they weren't going to come out. I sent pictures with a yard stick showing the door is 32 inches but it didn't make any difference. I spoke with the person that answers the phone and tried to get it straightened out but had no luck. The builder (Trend View Construction's owner Jose Magana) won't even return a phone call. If they would just come take a look at it I don't think it is a hard thing to fix but neither Aztec or the builder will respond at all. We have a build contract that has a warranty of one year for such things but the builder is in breach of contract. There are lots of good builders out there who use reputable subs. Neither Aztec or Trend View Construction are reputable. So, Save yourself the headache and lawyer fees and do your research!
