They came out and cleaned my carpets yesterday. Came to discover this morning that they broke the faucet in my bathroom where they ran their hose from, and now do not want to take responsibility for it by paying for the faucet or giving me the money to replace it. We will never use them again!! I also filed a complaint with the BBB.

"We at arrow cleaning services take pride in our work and we have for 20 years and if we had broke her faucet we would be happy to replace it but her faucet was leaking prior to us coming in her home and her husband advised us of it incase we needed to use the bathroom while we were there and In no form or fashion would we pay for something we did not use. We have no affect on plumbing in a home. We are there to clean."
