We currently service The Woodlands and Spring areas. We at Appliance Rescue appreciate our customers and to show it we have a “20/20 on-time guarantee”. What this means is, we will be at your door within 20 minutes of our scheduled appointment or you get $20.00 off your bill. Repair or not. Put that on top of our 1 year warranty on parts and labor and our satisfaction guarantee, you would think there is nothing else to offer. Wrong. Our scheduling is ON THE HOUR. We won’t give you the typical 4 hour window of arrival. We schedule our customers on EXACT times that fit their schedules.

Our main refrigerator was 55F. I called Appliance Rescue Service and described to him the problem. He diagnosed it and then looked into the refrigerator to verify his conclusion. The heater to defrost the cooling coils burned out. He had the part and fixed it on the spot. We had a second refrigerator that we could not keep milk in or it would spoil. I described the symptoms and he diagnosed it correctly again. He called in the part number and set it up so it would be fixed on the same service call - saving us some money. He fixed two refrigerators for less than $250 - and I was expecting to pay well over $1000 for a new one. He made a visit and gave us a firm price. There would have been no charge if we decided not to make the repairs.
I will call him any time any of my appliances has problems.
